New Homeowners

Please create an account on Exclusive Association Management, Inc, website. The website is also called the Property Management Portal. From this website, one can pay HOA dues, opt in for HOA communication notifications and also request for a card to access the community amenities. Pool cards will be deactivated if HOA dues are in default or violations are listed on the account. Review the FAQ page for additional questions you may have about the HOA.

Renter or Leaser

Your homeowner or property management company is responsible for both contacting the community manager and giving you access to amenities in the community including the pool. The homeowners accounts must be current to gain access to the pool and amenities in the community. Pool cards will be deactivated if HOA dues are in default or violations are listed on the account.
